As the Director of Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, I spearhead our digitalization initiatives, engaging with diverse customers and markets to foster international business growth. My extensive experience in business development is marked by the successful implementation of strategies that drive growth and ensure sustainability across various ecosystems.
My accomplishments include the development and execution of management change strategies aimed at digital transformation, as well as the orchestration of multi-channel and multi-level business execution programs. My engagement at the senior management level has been instrumental in driving business expansion, profitability, and meticulous due diligence processes. I excel in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, both geographical and digital, within the enterprise business applications and services domain.
Before my tenure with Siemens, I held various management, sales, and business development roles at leading companies such as Microsoft, HP, Lexmark, and Unisys. My focus has always been on delivering exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders, both at the international and national levels, with a keen eye on leveraging partner ecosystems when beneficial.

Rok Koren graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana in the field of automation, specifically robotics, and continued his education in the field of management. Most of his business career he is in contact with the process and discrete industry, and is responsible for marketing and sales. Over the past few years within Siemens he has expanded the activities into the field of digitalization and Industry 4. 0 in the Adriatic region.
Rok Koren has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and foreign industry in the fields of automation, robotization, in the discrete and process industries, digitalization and Inddustry 4. 0 implementation, as well as management. He participates in international companies in the preparation of digital strategies and the implementation of strategic and inovative projects.

A large amount of Kevin's time has been spent working in the CAD/PLM industry. This has been a combination of working for channel Partners and at vendor level. Kevin has also worked within the additive manufacturing industry for a number of years.

His resposibility is the Solid Edge product line. He has more than25 years expirience in the Mechanical CAD industry, including key roles at Intergraph, SenAble Technologies, and UGS. Dan was intrumental in defining the original vision for the Solid Edge product line and managing its deployment and evolution. More recently, he has beem involved in defining a vision for Next Generation Design and building out the Solid Edge Portfolio of products. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, where he obtained an MA degree. His master's thesis titled "Poland's technological delay as a result of export control policy in CoCom's activities" was submitted and won the 3rd prize in the competition for the best master's thesis in the field of international economics announced by Poland’s Ministry of International Economic Cooperation in 1995.
He started his adventure with the software industry in 1998 at Oracle Poland, where he took up the position of Applications Sales Representative. Quickly promoted to Account Manager and then to Senior Account Manager he was responsible for selling technology (Oracle database and middleware) and business applications (ERP and HR) to the Named Accounts from Telecommunications and Media industries. He standardized Oracle as database platform at all 3 Polish wireless telco operators and wireline Polish Telecom, and sold the 1st ever Oracle HRMS & Payroll system in Poland.
In 2004 hired by SAP Poland as Software Sales Director for Utilities, and later promoted to Software Sales Director. In 2 consecutive years (2006 and 2007) SAP Poland achieved the record high license sales results.
After 4 years he returned to Oracle Poland as Applications Sales Director Poland & Baltics, and in 2013 moved to technology sales department to take the position Technology General Business Sales Director Poland. He successfully introduced Oracle SaaS solutions (e.g. the 1st sales of Marketing on Demand, BI Apps and Demantra) and Oracle technology cloud solutions (IaaS and PaaS) to Polish market.
During his professional career he was responsible for the sale of both business applications and technologies. Gained many years of experience in managing direct sales and through the partner channel, as well as in managing multi-person sales & pre-sales teams.
He joined Siemens Industry Software in 2019.
